Have you heard of the qì principles…

Abundant and sufficient discussion of qì with Debbie VW and Liz. Statistic from WorldBeyondWar.Org

Hello, Community,
I hope you are all well.   We practice qì gōng for the benefit ourselves and for all beings.  Qì is abundant and connects us all.  In our practice group, Debbie VS, a member was talking about how they felt abundant qì and yet she also her needs were met (sufficient).  With Liz, we reflected on there is plenty for everyone and what if world was reorganized this way.  3% of U.S. military budget could end starvation worldwide.    Following the abundance and sufficient model of qì via Debbie VW and Liz, what if we reimagined the U.S. budget and spending based on this qi principle?

Thank you for your donations to Middle Eastern Children Alliance.  According to the United Nations. “as of 3 February, up to 1.7 million*people (over 75 per cent of the population) ** have been displaced across the Gaza Strip, some multiple times. Families are forced to move repeatedly in search of safety. Following intense Israeli bombardments and fighting in Khan Younis and the Middle Area in recent days, a significant number of displaced people have moved further south.”    Recently, the World Health Organization said the population of Gaza was “starving to death” due to the restrictions imposed on humanitarian aid in the besieged Palestinian enclave.

MECA estimates providing 30 meals costs about $100.  Your donations so far have offered about 300 meals.

May our qì gōng practice for the benefit of all so all beings do no harm and be free from harm.
