STARTING AUG 15: (ONLINE) Mindfulness and Movement for a Dynamic World

This six-week online class introduces a range of mindfulness concepts and practices relevant to living in a dynamic world.  This course includes practices that involve stillness, movement, and listening/ speaking. Centering teaching strategies where there are multiple ways for participants to thrive, the intention is to impart practices that nourish us as we navigate a complicated world.
