Thank you for today’s online practice with Bonnie, Katherine, Henny, Jasmine, and Juliet. People brought in themes of spaciousness and lusciousness in order to release stress, tension, and anxiety; being with such as connecting with grief, fea; listening to rhythm and pulses and connecting with the emptiness of the universe (the dao); translating this connection or dialogue to life such as relationships, workplaces and more. Much gratitude for practicing together and co-teaching/c-learning.
