July 31: [In-Person] Mindfulness in Stillness and Movement for a Dynamic World Half-Day: Join us for a half-day of mindfulness practices relevant to living in our dynamic world. Practices will include guided meditation, Ashtanga and Yin influence yoga, and Qi Gong. Both formal practices and short informal daily life practices will be touched on. Teaching strategies that emphasize accessibility and offer multiple ways for participants to thrive will support the intention to provide practices that nourish us as we navigate a complicated world.
